LH Wellbeing Care, Inc. is a full service home health care agency dedicated to home and community based health care. Licenced by the New York State Department of Health, LH Wellbeing Care provides compassionate care for the communities we serve, which includes the five boroughs of NYC, Nassau and Westchester counties.
In keeping with our mission, LH Wellbeing Care is committed to assisting our patients/clients to achieve the highest level of potential in their day to day self care activities. Many of the staff speak multiple languages fluently, enabling us to serve people with a wide diversity of backgrounds.
We encourage and welcome feedback and comments from out patients and their families as a way of striving to improve the service quality of our office staff to our direct care providers. We pledge to always do our best to meet the invidual needs of each patient and their family members.
